PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Level-Right® WearTop is a self-leveling portland cement-based topping for resurfacing concrete floors. Level-Right WearTop is installed over interior concrete subfloors to provide level and smooth floors for retail, commercial, light manufacturing areas and all areas requiring a hard, smooth, flat concrete surface. Level-Right WearTop is coated with a Maxxon approved sealer just 2 hours after installation except when an epoxy or other floor covering will be installed.

WearTop TECHNICAL DATA:

Preparation:

All subfloors must be structurally sound, solid, free of dirt, mud, dust, grease, curing and sealing compounds, and other contaminating factors. All subfloors must be dry and a minimum of 50 °F (10 °C). Mechanically clean the surface by shotblasting or scarifying. Shotblast to an ICRI Concrete Surface profile 5 (CSP 5). On wooden floors a slipsheet must be used with galvanized metal lath. All cracks in the subfloor should be repaired to minimize telegraphing through the underlayment.

Installation Methods:

Level-Right WearTop can be installed from a featheredge to 1" (25 mm).  Deeper areas can be poured in multiple lifts or prefilling with stone per manufacturers recommendations.

The surface of the Level-Right WearTop must always be protected from oil, salt, water and surface wear by applying a Maxxon approved protection system such as a waterborne sealer.  This is done 2-4 hours after installation of Level-Right WearTop.

For epoxy or seamless flooring installations over Level-Right WearTop, the manufacturer and installer of the flooring will be responsible for compatibility, bond test patches, installation recommendations and warranty.  Because Maxxon Corporation does not perform the actual Level-Right WearTop installation, they cannot be held responsible for the results of epoxy or seamless flooring over Level-Right WearTop.

WARRANTY

Maxxon Corporation warrants Level-Right WearTop to be free from manufacturing defects as defined in this warranty. Manufacturing defects are considered to be those defects that occur due to the quality of the ingredients or from the manufacturing process itself. This warranty does not include labor costs and other costs or expenses associated with the removal or installation of Level-Right WearTop.

Because the Maxxon Corporation does not perform the actual installation, it cannot be held responsible for the results of the application. Maxxon Corporation specifically disclaims problems that occur due to weather conditions, structural movement, structural design flaws and application techniques.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including the warranty of merchantability and fitness of purpose and of all other obligations or liabilities on Maxxon Corporation's part. Maxxon Corporation neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for Maxxon Corporation any liability in connection with the sale and installation of Level-Right WearTop.
